WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!

As our church family continues to meet together for all regular scheduled services and activities during these ever-changing times, we have modified how those services and activities are conducted. Below you will find important information for each person who plans to attend services with us.

The Christian does not live in fear, but has been called to live wisely! So in our mission to be faithful to the LORD, love one another in His Body, and reach the community for Christ, we are continuing to take proactive steps about the current COVID-19 circumstance.

We want to say thank you for your continued faithfulness to the LORD and His people during these unusual days. Your flexibility, generosity, and compassion to others in the congregation and community have been a tremendous encouragement!

As always, if there are ways that we can serve you during this time, please be sure to contact the church office at (540) 380-8448.
We hope to see you on the CVBC campus as soon as God leads you and circumstances allow.

Praying God’s grace, peace, and blessing to you!

Online giving is a great available option to complete your giving.
ARE MASKS REQUIRED?
While masks are encouraged for all who are able, each individual has to determine what is best for them in light of Romans 13:1-7 (obeying governing authorities) and Romans 14:22-23 (matters of conscience). All will be welcome regardless of the decision each person makes as unto the Lord. Since we have left the decision to wear a mask in church to each individual, we are designating the overflow in the Chapel for those who prefer to wear a mask. We ask that you only enter and sit in the Chapel if you are wearing a mask. As always, individuals may continue to wear a mask in the Worship Center. We will continue to maintain all of our current social distancing measures.
Health recommendations
We encourage everyone to take certain steps to be proactive in protecting themselves and others from the coronavirus, flu, and other illnesses, including:
  • Washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds;
  • Using hand sanitizer when soap and water is not available;
  • Not touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands;
  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick;
  • Staying home if you are sick;
  • Covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue or sleeve, not hands;
  • Disinfecting objects and surfaces regularly.
Who should not attend?
As always, if you are not feeling well or are currently experiencing COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms (including a persistent cough or fever), we ask that you do not attend in-person services but worship with us online.
