SUMMARYAfter nearly four years of prayerful and thorough assessment of our need for short-term and long-term ministry opportunities, the Lord provided the opportunity for our church to purchase this piece of property located on 311. The visible location, accessibility to our current site, and ability to accommodate future growth of CVBC have led us to purchase this property.
This property provides greater opportunities to minister to our growing congregation as well as a larger venue for ministry outreach & future growth. This property furthers our immediate, short-term and long-term vision of reaching people for Christ "both here and around the world." This property is situated just 5.8 miles from the current location making it immediately accessible for use with our current site. We plan to keep and utilize our current facility on RT. 779 for future ministry and needs. |

The church purchased both lots for 200K. The congregation overwhelmingly approved the recommendation from the pastoral team, deacons, finance committee and trustees to proceed with the purchase of the property in the Fall of 2019.
