What are the requirements to lead a Life Group?

Must be an active member of CVBC.
Must be a growing disciple of Jesus Christ.
Must have been an active participant of a Life Group for at least six months.
Must have successfully demonstrated the ability to lead a Life Group.
Must successfully complete an interview with the Life Group Director.
Must receive a recommendation from the pastoral team and their current Life Group Leader.
Must be willing to make a yearly commitment to lead a Life Group.
