What is a Life Group?
While each person comes to faith in Christ individually, God has designed the church to grow together in community! Life Groups create a place of belonging that intentionally builds relationships and fosters spiritual growth by glorifying God, edifying one another, and multiplying disciples. Most Life Groups are typically composed of 8-20 people who meet in homes; however, some are held in larger settings such as on-site classrooms. Why are Life Groups important?
We all have a desire to belong and be known by others because God created us for community. In the New Testament, there are 59 "one another" commands, which portray how we are to live together in unity. Life Groups provide an opportunity to get to know others in our church family as well as encourage you spiritually. Our Strategy is Simple
In our mission to reach people for Christ, we are seeking to establish Life Groups in strategic locations where our church family resides. |
What Unites Us Together?
"But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love." |
