PASTORAL TEAM
Aaron Mansfield | Senior Pastor

Aaron and his wife Jessica came to Catawba Valley in June of 2013. Aaron had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home, and trusted Christ as his Lord and Savior at a young age. During his freshman year of college the Lord called him into vocational ministry. In December of 2011, he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities with a concentration in Bible from Bob Jones University. In December of 2018, he completed a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Music with a proficiency in Voice Performance from Bob Jones University (2013). Both Aaron and Jessica are gifted musicians. The Mansfield's welcomed their first daughter, Ashlyn, in August 2020.
Prior to accepting God’s call to join the pastoral team at Catawba Valley in 2013, Aaron served as the Director of HR, Training, and Leadership Development for two Chick-fil-A units in Chattanooga, TN. Over the years, Aaron has been given the opportunity to serve multiple summers as Christian camp counselor, completed a summer Internship with Riverside Bible Church in Elkhart, IN, served as a summer children's ministry director, music leader, summer VBS director, Chaplain of Sigma Alpha Chi Literary Society, as well as served a month in Australia with a local missionary family. Pastor Aaron’s commitment is to teach the whole Word of God. His passion for people and his desire to reach people for Christ are evident in the way he communicates biblical truth.
